Canoe's Executive Chef, Matthew Basford, is bringing his best cooking game to Southern Wing Showdown where he will debut a "Pimento Cheese Chicken Wing with Green Strawberry Kimchi". His wings will compete against the recipes from 24 other southern restaurants at Southern Wing Showdown Sunday, August 20th at The Foundry at Puritan Mill in Midtown.
